PHI Air Medical Group of Kentucky is a business unit of PHI, Inc. the world leader in rotary flight for over half a century. We have been in operation in Kentucky since 1987 providing prompt efficient response to incidents involving the sick or injured across this great Commonwealth.
We work closely with hospitals as well as Fire and EMS personnel to provide the citizens of Kentucky and surrounding states the best air medical care possible. We operate 24/7 year round responding to scene calls as well as inter-facility transfers. Each crew is comprised of a Pilot, Flight Nurse and Flight Paramedic. Each member is highly trained and experienced in their respective role.
Among our many strengths is the ability to work with our customers in providing a support program that compliments their commitment to excellence. We go beyond the traditional provider/customer relationship, as we strive to function as partners with our customers in helping them achieve greater efficiency, economy and productivity. Outreach education and training is a large part of the services we provide to our customers. We strive to be more than an emergency transport service and want to provide each customer whatever service we can offer to compliment their agency.
Kentucky has six bases in the state each covering an approximate 150 mile radius thus providing service to all counties in KY and surrounding states.
